$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: SE Portland

Salary: $28$31/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Conduct new hire orientations and process onboarding documentation
• Maintain and update HRIS systems and employee files
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration
• Assist with employee relations matters, trainings, and policy implementation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience required
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems (UKG/Kronos) a plus
