Primary Responsibilities: Support equity financings, debt financings, and other corporate finance transactions. Conduct financial valuations, precedent transactions, and comparable company analyses. Prepare materials such as pitch books, offering memoranda, management presentations, and financial models. Perform due diligence, analyze corporate and financial information, and develop detailed industry insights. Build and refine operating and valuation models to support transaction processes. Research market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic recommendations. Collaboration and Client Interaction: This role provides direct exposure to senior client executives, allowing Analysts to actively participate in client meetings and contribute to relationship-building efforts. Analysts will work collaboratively with colleagues across various teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Based in New York or willing to relocate. 1+ years of investment banking experience or relevant professional financial experience, ideally in Healthcare and/or Biotechnology. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and resourceful team player with strong interpersonal skills. Exceptional technical, written, and verbal communication abilities.
