Responsibilities Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms,with aheavy focus on Facebook and Instagram. Set up,manage,and optimize campaigns to drive maximum return on investment (ROI). Stay ahead of the curve with the latest Facebook advertising trends and best practices. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to ensure success. Collaborate with the sales and fulfillment teams to identify upsell opportunities and close deals. Be a self-starter who takes ownership of your work and is accountable for results. Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. A deep understanding of Facebook advertising objectives,targeting options,and ad formats. Proven ability to create high-performing ad copy and visuals. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns. Strong communication and collaboration skills. A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. Bonus points Google Ads and other social media advertising platforms. Landing page optimization and conversion tracking. Reporting and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
