What You'll Do:

• Deliver an outstanding fitness experience to every member, consistently.
• Conduct new-member orientations, assess pre-exercise metrics, and assist in goal setting.
• Provide safe and personalized training sessions while tracking client progress.
• Build and retain a clientele (minimum of 12 client hours/week) while meeting booking targets.
• Engage in lead generation and conversion during operational hours, events, and initial evaluations.
• Manage your schedule, ensure timely submission of monthly forecasts, and arrange for substitutes as necessary.
• Complete all required training, adhere to club protocols, and maintain a flexible schedule.

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional appearance and demeanor.
• Quick and eager learner capable of applying new knowledge and coaching techniques.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be a Certified Personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED certification is mandatory.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.

• Ability to bend, stand, reach, and lift items up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a related field is a plus.

• At least 1 year of personal training experience preferred.
