Summary : The Project Engineer role is an exciting opportunity for recent college graduates. This entry-level rotational program offers a comprehensive, immersive on-site experience designed to equip you with essential skills in the construction industry. Over the course of 18 months, you will undergo structured training, including 6 months in construction operations, 6 months in pre-construction, and 6 months in project management. Location : This position is based at one of our job sites in the DC metropolitan area, with additional time spent at our centrally located office in Tysons, VA. As an employee-owned company, you will also have the chance to participate in Bognet’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Commitment: Candidates must be fully committed to being on-site for the duration of the field training program, allowing for hands-on experience and the opportunity to closely shadow experienced professionals on your assigned projects. Career Path: Successful completion of this position can lead to advancement opportunities as an Assistant Project Manager, Bid Coordinator, or Assistant Superintendent.
