Reliability Engineer Reliability Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring the reliability and performance of our products through rigorous testing and analysis. This role requires a strong background in engineering principles and practices, with a specific emphasis on automotive and power electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute reliability test plans for new products and existing systems
• Analyze test data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance
• Conduct root cause analysis on failures and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for reliability
• Support the development of reliability metrics and reporting systems
• Participate in design reviews to provide reliability insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field
• Proven experience as a Reliability Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or aerospace industry
• Familiarity with reliability testing methodologies and tools
• Experience with power electronics and power converters
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software
• Knowledge of thermal and temperature testing procedures
• Hands-on experience with motor systems and testing
• Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
