Amazing new role for a Senior Designer to join a global fashion & lifestyle platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of visually striking, culturally relevant designs for campaigns, content, and brand initiatives across multiple channels.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand identity.
- Translate creative strategy into engaging visuals that resonate with Gen Z audiences and broader fashion community.
- Contribute to and evolve the brand's visual design system, ensuring scalability and brand consistency.
- Partner with external agencies, photographers, illustrators, and content creators to deliver best-in-class visual experiences.
- Stay ahead of design trends, cultural movements, and new technologies that influence visual storytelling.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience (5+ years) in graphic design, visual design, or art direction, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or tech brands.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, conceptual thinking, and campaign execution.
- Experience leading design projects from concept through to delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Deep understanding of youth culture, fashion trends, and digital-first storytelling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
