Responsibilities Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy to boost brand awareness and user engagement across platforms like X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Create compelling, sports-focused content (posts, videos, memes, and more) that resonates with our audience and aligns with Onyx Odds’ brand voice. Monitor social media trends, sports news, and cultural moments to produce timely and relevant content. Engage with our community by responding to comments, fostering discussions, and building a loyal fanbase. Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and report on campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align social media efforts with company goals and promotions. Stay ahead of emerging platforms and social media tools to keep Onyx Odds at the forefront of the industry. Qualifications Passionate Sports Fan: Deep knowledge of major sports (e.g., NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, soccer) and the ability to speak the language of fans. Social Media Expertise: 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, preferably in sports, gaming, or entertainment. Proven ability to create engaging content tailored to various platforms, with a portfolio showcasing creative campaigns or posts. Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform insights). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for witty, fan-focused content. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
