A high-volume, multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center in Southern California, just 1 hour to Santa Barbara, is seeking an experienced ASC or surgical services leader to take on the Administrator role. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position that offers strategic, operational, and clinical leadership responsibilities in one of the country's largest ASC platforms.
Highlights:
• Base Salary: up to $160,000 (W2)
• Relocation assistance and interview travel covered
• Full benefits
• 4 ORs and 1 treatment room – ENT, Ortho, GI, GYN, and more
• No nights, weekends, or call
Requirements:
• 5+ years of healthcare management experience
• ASC leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, budgeting, and compliance
• Bachelor's degree required
