Tow Truck Driver Assistant – Full-Time (Overnight Shift) Company: Tow-Away Solution LLC Location: City of Industry Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Full-Time, Overnight) Pay: Starting at $17/hour
About Us: Tow-Away Solution LLC is a fast-growing towing and impound service dedicated to professionalism, reliability, and teamwork. We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Tow Truck Driver Assistant to join our team for our overnight shift.
Job Description: As a Tow Truck Driver Assistant, you will work alongside an experienced driver to support daily towing operations. Your role is essential in ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist driver with towing equipment setup, including go-jacks, dollies, and tow lights
Help with vehicle lockouts using lockout kits (training provided)
Secure vehicles by strapping down tires and ensuring all safety measures are followed
Take photos of impounded vehicles and complete basic paperwork
Call in impounds to local police departments for documentation
Maintain a clean and organized work truck and equipment
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
Must be reliable and punctual
Basic writing and communication skills (for paperwork and reports)
Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors
No prior towing experience required — we provide full training
Must be able to work overnight hours (6 PM – 3 AM)
Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
