Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing agency, is currently seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (Med/Surg RN) for a local travel opportunity in Hollister, CA . Job Description:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery
• Perform thorough assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and assist with post-operative recovery
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Accurately document patient status and care provided using electronic medical records
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions

Position Details:

• Term: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: Nights
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
  • Facility may cancel one shift every two-week pay period due to low census

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing ( ADN or BSN )
• Active California RN License (unencumbered)
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience in a hospital setting
