\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
\n• Schedule requires 3 shifts per week
\n• No on-call responsibilities
\n• Weekend requirement: every other weekend
\n• Weekend schedule includes Friday/Saturday nights plus an additional 2 Sundays
\n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
\n• Provide progressive care unit stepdown nursing services
\n• Monitor patients transitioning from intensive care to general medical floors
\n• Manage complex medical conditions requiring intermediate level care
