Entry Level Hr Generalist

The HR Generalist supports daily human resources operations and assists with key functions such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role is ideal for candidates with internship experience or less than two years of HR experience who want to build a strong foundation in all areas of human resources.

This role is fully onsite for the 1st 6 months. Following that, there is the opportunity for hybrid work.

Salary: $28-31/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Support new hire onboarding by preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and maintaining personnel files.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
• Compile and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation to support audits and compliance efforts.
• Stay informed about HR best practices and employment law updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 0-2 years overall HR experience
